Happy 2021!! I have gotten the majority of my morning sickness undercontrol but its still fun finding out what foods I use to eat now make me super sick or I can’t even stand the smell. Currently it is anything with bread or heavy greasy foods and anything spicy which were a majority of my previous diet. Now I mostly eat potatoes or rice, salads and Special K cereal since it is the only cereal that doesn’t aggravate my nausea. Another activity that I have to try to avoid is driving.
