Grimm has 6 seasons all available on Amazon Prime. This show follows a Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt who discovers he is a Grimm. A Grimm is a person with an ability to see mythological creatures called Wesen (pronounced Vesen). Grimms are guardians who are sworn to keep the balance between human beings and these Wesen. The ability is based by familial line and only activates when a family member with the same ability gets close to dying.
